Oil & Coating

It is resin products.
1) The oil(Medium) can be mixed with ceramic colors. Ceramic Color 10 : Oil 7 or 8 is recommandable mixing rate for silk screen printing. It is tranparent liquid type.

2) The covercoating (Film Solution) is over printed on the decal which will be separated in the water. It will be burn out at about 300 celcious. It is just separating film in water slide decal. It is liquid type. Transparent, Yellow, Pink and Blue colors are available.

• Viscosity in Centistock at 25 C : Approx. 2,100 - 3,000 cps.
• maximum Acid Value : Approx 1
• Spectific Gravity at 20 C : Approx. 0.928

PHYSICAL PROFERTIES

• Liquid, Immiscible in water ; Approx. 158 C - 168 C ( 305 F - 334 F))
• Flish Point : Approx. 54 C.
• Firing Temperature : 300 C.
• Mixing Rate : Ceramic Color 10 : medium 7.5 or 8.5
• Glass Color 10 : medium 6.5 or 7.5

• SMN-5000 THINNING OIL - It can be soften the color mixture hardend.
• SM-5151 LIQUID MEDIUM (MIXING OIL) - Normal screen printing decal medium.
• SMT-5252 THXOTROPY MEDIUM - Jelly type medium. It is good for harf tone printing or 4 color process.
• SMF-5353 FLUX COATING MEDIUM - It is specially made for cover coat flux.
• SC-1234 FILM SOLUTION(COVER COAT) - Typical cover coating for decal printing.
• This is very superior to otherr film solution in less cracking of film even if the printed decal is stored for long time without using.

Packing : 15kg steel can, 360kg in a pallet.
Minimum Quantity : 1,080kg ( 3 pallets).

1. Powder Type
It must be stored in dried area. Before mixing the powder color and resin medium, you will bake the color on drying purpose. It can not be used with damp condition.

2. Thermoplastic Type
Also, it must be stored in dried area. If the color has a little damp, use it with higher temperature of screen. But, it is not recommendable as the quality of printing will be reduced.
